BI-RITE CREAMERY x BUTTER&

Just in time for Thanksgiving, we worked with our friends at Bi-Rite Creamery to make the perfect ice cream cake for your feast.

Since it’s the holidays, I wanted to evoke pie for this collab. As soon as I tasted their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake flavor, I knew it was the one. We paired it with our fluffy brown sugar cake, and we finished it off with our Greek yogurt buttercream mixed with crushed cinnamon graham crackers to give you pie crust vibes. The design on top was inspired by pie lattices that have such beautiful flow.

This collaboration is super limited and will sell out quickly, so we recommend placing your order early. Available Tues, Nov 19 through Sun, Dec 15.

Pickup only. The cake will be deep frozen when you pick up. If you're driving over 30 minutes with the cake, we recommend bringing a cooler bag. We won't be able to provide ice or cooler bags.

Serving instructions: store in the freezer. Before serving, take out of the freezer to allow the cake to thaw and soften for 15 minutes.
