Banana pudding is usually just vanilla pudding with sliced banana mixed in. What makes our banana pudding special, is that it's made with fresh banana puree instead of milk, so that the floral notes of banana can really shine. 

Organic Saigon Cinnamon buttercream rounds out the floral notes in the fresh banana, and a light rum soak brings notes of vanilla and caramel to the finish.
