Introducing our classic exposé with an up-leveled design. In place of circles, these exposés come with right angles for more straightforward cake cutting.

Coconut rum-soaked cake is layered with creamy coconut buttercream and tangy passion fruit curd. A spin on a Piña Colada, this flavor will transport you to the tropics to give you a taste of a Passion Colada. Messages on the cakes will be hand-piped using chocolate buttercream on a shortbread cookie plaque.
