It's a fresh drop for the holidays with our friends at Garden Creamery!
We're featuring salty kaya ice cream, paired with tender chocolate cake and Greek yogurt buttercream. This combo was Erin and Donnie's (GC founders) favorite when we taste tested over the summer. If you've never had kaya, it's a salty-sweet pandan coconut jam enjoyed on toast in Southeast Asia. The chocolate is an uncommon pairing, but we loved how it enhanced the subtle saltiness in the kaya. It left us wanting just ooooone more bite every time.
This collab is super limited and we sold out in 1.5 hours last time, so place your order early. Available through Sun, Jan 12 (note: we're closed Wed, Dec 25 - Mon, Dec 30 and Wed, Jan 1).
Pickup only. The cake will be deep frozen when you pick up. If you're driving over 30 minutes with the cake, we recommend bringing a cooler bag. We won't be able to provide ice or cooler bags.
Serving instructions: store in the freezer. Before serving, take out of the freezer to allow the cake to soften for 15 minutes.
