Introducing our classic Exposé with an up-leveled design. In place of circles, these Exposés come with right angles for more straightforward cake cutting. Each cake features a design of intricate rosewater buttercream ribbons with pistachio crumbs in between. Messages on the cakes will be hand-piped using chocolate buttercream on a shortbread cookie plaque.

Eid Mubarak! What better way to mark the Festival of Sweets that comes at the end of Ramadan than with cake? For Eid al-Fitr, we're also bringing back our Pistachio + Rose flavor from the vault.

Lightly salted pistachio praline buttercream is paired with a delicate rosewater soak in our light brown sugar cake. This flavor was originally inspired by a vacation to Istanbul, where it seemed like every dessert was bursting with pistachios – on top, inside, crushed, dusted, whole, and glazed.
